At Beaver Premium, we aim to deliver every order safely and on time throughout Sri Lanka.
1. Delivery Coverage
We provide islandwide delivery to addresses within Sri Lanka. We currently do not offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are normally delivered within 2–7 working days after the order has been confirmed.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- The customer’s location
- Courier availability
- Public holidays and weekends
- Weather conditions
- Unexpected transportation or operational delays
Although we do our best to meet the estimated delivery period, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
3. Shipping Charges
Beaver Premium currently provides free islandwide delivery on all orders unless otherwise stated on the website or during a special promotion.
4. Order Confirmation
Customers may be contacted by telephone or WhatsApp to confirm their order and delivery information. Orders containing incomplete or incorrect contact details may be delayed.
Please provide:
- The recipient’s full name
- A working telephone number
- A complete delivery address
- The nearest town and postal code
- A nearby landmark, where applicable
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available for eligible orders. Customers should ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel and make payment.
Repeatedly rejected or uncollected orders may affect the customer’s ability to use cash on delivery for future purchases.
6. Order Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided by SMS, WhatsApp or email. Customers can also use the Track Your Order facility available on our website.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner may contact the customer before delivery. If the courier is unable to reach the customer or deliver the parcel, an additional delivery attempt may be made according to the courier’s procedures.
Additional charges may apply if an order must be dispatched again because of:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- An unavailable recipient
- A rejected or uncollected delivery
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact Beaver Premium within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
