Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The item must not have any stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size (subject to stock availability)

  • Wrong item received

  • Manufacturing defects

If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose another available product of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items.

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A manufacturing defect

  • An incorrect item sent by Beaver Premium

We will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure after delivery.
